Enrolling Students onto One of More Courses Using a Module or Course Code - Course Meta Link

This article will show you how to enroll students onto courses using Course meta link.

Step 1

In the course where you would like to enroll your users, go to the course management button, click on Enrolment methods, which can be found under the Students column.

Step 2

Click the dropdown menu under the enrolment methods and select Course meta link.

Step 3

In the screen that comes up next, type in the module code where the users currently sit, or select from the dropdown box the course or courses you wish to bring enrolments from.

Step 4

Choose whether you would like to add this linked course and users into a separate group, by either clicking on create new group (Moodle will automatically create a group for these students) or choose an existing group that you have already created. Or simply leave this as none.

Step 5

Click Add method.
